Westcott Venture Park has highlighted its continuing strength and appeal by securing four major lettings as part of its major investment programme under the ownership of PATRIZIA Hanover PUT.

Building 4000 a newly developed high-tech building comprising 27,000 sq ft of three units has been let on 10-year lease terms.  Units A and B totalling 15,750 sq ft of laboratory, office and warehouse space set over two floors have been let to the Satellite Applications Catapult for a new In-Orbit Servicing and Manufacturing Facility (IOSM) and a Healthy Living Laboratory and Agri Living Lab. Unit C comprising 11,250 sq ft has been let to Rapid Response Medical Services, a leading ambulance service.

International aerospace and defence company Nammo has taken a 15-year lease on newly constructed Building 6040 comprising 18,200 sq ft of manufacturing and production space within the Westcott Enterprise Zone.

Nigel MacKenzie, Development Manager said: “We are proud of what has been achieved at Westcott over the last few years which has been reflected in the high calibre occupiers we have attracted and retained on the site.

“Westcott is a place for businesses to secure their future within a community of technology innovators and in a location that offers unrivalled security and space to grow.”

This follows on from the recent pre-let of Building 6000 to garden room company Green Retreats of Grade A factory and production space on a 10-year lease.  This will include a first phase of 65,000 sq ft with planning secured for a second phase of 55,000 sq ft. The new facility which is soon to reach practical completion will accommodate growth for a further 250 jobs.

The Park is now evolving with a major investment programme to improve and further develop facilities and infrastructure, providing companies based at the park with an excellent service and sense of belonging to the Westcott community.

Westcott is a 650-acre business park in Buckinghamshire, home to over 80 businesses employing over a thousand people and is managed by Lambert Smith Hampton.
